The Services are for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to serve as emotional support, therapy, medical advice, or any professional service. All conversations with AI Companions are fictional. AI Companions lack genuine emotions, consciousness, or real-world capabilities. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you must evaluate the appropriateness of any information yourself.

1. General

1.1 Account

To access the Services, you must create an account using accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to use only your own personal credentials and not to create accounts on behalf of others. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content generated through your interactions.

Pleasur.ai may require age verification at any time. Account violations, including providing false information, may result in immediate suspension or termination. You have no ownership interest in your account beyond the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 Paid Services

Certain features of the Services require payment through subscriptions, credits, or other payment methods as described on our pricing page. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of paid features. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe), and you agree to their terms of service as applicable to your transactions.

1.3 User Safety

You should never disclose sensitive personal information — including financial details, physical addresses, passwords, or government identification numbers — through the Services. You bear sole responsibility for protecting your personal information during interactions. If you encounter suspicious behavior or potential security threats, report them immediately to safety@pleasur.ai.

1.4 Warranties

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are entering into these Terms on your own behalf
  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
  • You have the legal capacity to form a binding contract

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the Services — including but not limited to the technology, software, algorithms, AI models, documents, images, graphics, user interface design, and branding — is owned by Pleasur.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license terminates immediately upon any violation of these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof without prior written authorization.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Pleasur.ai carry no confidentiality obligations. We may use such feedback freely without attribution or compensation.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into the Services ("Your Content"). However, by using the Services, you grant Pleasur.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual license to use Your Content for the following purposes:

  • Compliance checking and content moderation
  • Service improvement and feature development
  • AI model training and enhancement
  • Analytics, reporting, and research

You also permit us to use your username and profile information consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.

5. Restrictions of Conduct and Content

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all AI-generated outputs that result from your inputs and interactions. You must ensure that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

5.3 Incidents and User Actions

Pleasur.ai is not responsible for any actions you take as a result of interactions with AI Companions. The platform does not endorse or assume responsibility for decisions, behaviors, or consequences arising from your engagement with the Services.

5.4 Content Moderation and Removal

We employ proprietary AI-based moderation technology to detect and prevent policy violations. User requests may be moderated before output is generated. Flagged content may be reviewed by our trust and safety team. Violations may result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account restrictions or suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to appropriate legal authorities

Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination. No refunds will be issued for moderation-related account actions.

5.5 Prohibited Content Reporting

Pleasur.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any attempt to create CSAM through the Services constitutes a violation of law and our policies. Known or suspected CSAM will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authorities.

9. Payments and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe using credit card, debit card, or other supported payment methods.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits purchased through the platform are non-transferable, non-tradeable, and cannot be used to settle payments to third parties.

10. Fulfillment Policy

10.1 Cancellation

You may view your subscription details and cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.

10.2 Access Upon Expiration

When your paid subscription expires or is cancelled, your account reverts to the free tier. Premium features become unavailable, remaining credits expire, and credits do not carry over to new subscriptions. Refunded subscriptions are immediately cancelled with all premium access revoked.

10.3 Modifying Subscription Plans

Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated adjustments may apply depending on the timing of the change.

10.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment date. Refunds will be denied if a substantial portion of credits or features have been consumed. No refunds will be issued for policy violations, account terminations resulting from Terms violations, or platform feature modifications that do not affect core service functionality.

Users in the EU/UK may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, subject to deductions for services already consumed during the withdrawal period.

11. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content may lack accuracy, originality, or uniqueness. Content moderation systems may alter or reject your requests before generating output. Pleasur.ai continually refines its services but makes no guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLEASUR.AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.

PLEASUR.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pleasur.ai. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk, and you should review their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law in your jurisdiction. 15. Changes to Terms

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services and deleting your account. Pleasur.ai may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

Pleasur.ai reserves the right to assign or transfer the Services, these Terms, and any associated rights and obligations to a third party. Continued use of the Services after notification of such assignment constitutes your consent.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pleasur.ai regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
